Straight answers
Before you ask on the callWe are three people. Is this too much software for us?
That is who it is built for. Screens are organised around the job in front of you — today’s shifts, today’s calls — not a settings screen you have to configure first. There is no setup project.
Everything is in spreadsheets right now. Do we lose it?
No. Workers, clients and leads come in from a CSV or a straight paste out of Excel.
Does it send the emails and texts for us?
Emails are written from your templates and open in your own mail program, so they come from your address and land in inboxes — not from a bulk sender. Texting a crew is built and shows you the cost first; sending them straight from CrewDash is what we are building next. Ask on the demo where that stands the week you see it.
Do our workers need to install an app?
No. They get a link and it opens in the browser on their phone. A worker can accept a shift without ever making an account.
Will our clients know we use CrewDash?
The portals they sign in to carry your name, colours and logo, and so do the agreements they sign. Our name still appears in a couple of places we have not finished rebranding — we would rather say so than have you find it. Putting sign-up and staff requests on your own website is next on the build.
Is our data shared with other agencies?
No. Every agency is isolated at the database level, not by a filter in the application — your workers, clients and rates are unreachable from any other tenant.
See it on your own shifts first.
Twenty minutes, your numbers, no slides. We walk the whole loop — a lead to a filled shift to a paid worker to a sent invoice — and you decide afterwards.
